Due to the very sad situation with coronavirus can we kindly ask all customers to allow an additional
4 to 6 days for their orders to be shipped. We are working as hard as we can to pack orders as fast as
we can. As you may be aware, Royal Mail are not delivering to your home every day, please allow
extra time for your parcel to be delivered, this includes updates to your tracking information.

All orders are packed fresh. Quality and freshness of product is very important to us, no products are
pre packed off the shelf.
Unless Aromi-Shop LTD has notified you that your order will be delayed, you should receive your
order within seven (7) working days of placing your order within the U.K. All orders outside the U.K.
will be shipped within 7 working days. However, if the order is for a specific occasion like Valentine’s
day or Christmas, we will endeavour to send by that date.
We aim to deliver your items within 7 working days. Delivery can take place Mon – Fri between 8am
and 6pm.
Please note that all orders placed after 1 pm will be processed the following working day.
Shipping Charges:
United Kingdom: Orders over £20.00 qualify for Free Delivery.
A £3.95 delivery charge will be added to orders under £20.00.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our product, you can return it back to us for a
refund. To avail of this product must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please return the

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
