1. Dispatch Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase.
However, as we freshly roast and flavour our coffee and handcraft our chocolates to order, during peak periods or high volumes, dispatch may take slightly longer to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note: During busy periods (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or promotional events), dispatch times may be extended. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Delivery Services
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom using trusted courier and postal services.
Our standard options include:
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail or Courier) – Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days from dispatch.
- Express Delivery (where available) – Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Tracking information will be provided where applicable once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Any promotional offers for free delivery will be clearly advertised on our website.

4. International Delivery
At present, we deliver within the United Kingdom only.
We are working towards offering international shipping in the near future — please stay tuned.

5. Delivery Issues

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
- Provide your order number and any relevant photographs (for damaged parcels).
- We will liaise with our courier partners to either replace your order or issue a refund.

Returns Policy
At Aromi – Artisan Luxury Creations, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, please review our returns and complaints policy outlined below.
1. Right to Cancel (Online Purchases) 📝
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason (“cooling-off period”).
Please note the following exceptions to your right to cancel: We are unable to accept returns for:
- Food products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original, unopened packaging (e.g., coffee, chocolate).
- Personalised or customised items made to your specifications (e.g., bespoke flavour blends, gift sets).
2. How to Return an Item 📦
If you wish to return an eligible product:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing office@aromi-shop.com, quoting your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 48 business hours with further instructions.
- You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or sent in error.
3. Condition of Goods
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety regulations.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days using the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact us immediately (within a maximum of 3 days of delivery) and provide photographs of the item and its packaging.
- Upon verification, we will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
