Coffee

Q: Does flavoured coffee still taste like coffee or just flavour?
A: Aromi uses natural flavouring oils that complement the coffee’s profile. You first taste the smooth Brazilian Arabica, followed by a subtle, real flavour note (e.g. vanilla, pistachio or raspberry).

Q: When and how is the coffee flavoured?
A: We flavour fresh beans immediately after roasting, when they’re still warm and “open” – this ensures the flavour absorbs naturally without overpowering the roast.

Q: Are your flavoured beans oily? Will they clog the grinder?
A: They may look slightly glossy – that’s the natural oils settling on the bean. They’re completely safe and won’t gum up your grinder when used normally.

Q: What types of roast do you use?
A: We use 100% Brazilian Arabica, medium-dark roast – this creates a smooth, low‑acidity base that harmonises well with our natural flavour oils.

Q: How should I store flavoured coffee for freshness?
A: Keep it in an airtight container, away from heat and direct sunlight. Use within 2-4 weeks for the best flavour -freshness makes the difference.

Chocolate

Q: What makes Aromi chocolate special?
A: We handcraft our chocolate bars in small batches using high-quality couverture chocolate and carefully selected flavour infusions. Each piece is adorned with real freeze-dried fruits and botanicals for a luxurious, sensory experience.

Q: How do I store chocolate correctly?
A: Store between 16-21 °C in a cool, dry place. Avoid fridge or freezer unless necessary – temperature changes can cause sugar or fat bloom (white streaks), which affect appearance more than taste.

Q: Are your chocolates sweet or more intense in flavour?
A: Aromi chocolates are balanced – not overly sweet, and never bitter. We aim for a smooth, elegant taste with a refined texture and subtle fruity or floral accents. Perfect for those who love flavour without excess.

A: All our flavours come from natural oils sourced from Italy – never artificial or synthetic. They’re crafted to enhance the coffee, not mask it.

Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?
A: At the moment, we ship only within the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding to the rest of Europe – stay tuned and follow us for updates.
