Beautiful golden autumn closed in a tea. Golden additions in the form of cinnamon, apple and flower petals floating in the infusion of tea will remind us of the autumn dance of leaves in the wind. A cinnamon flavour with a hint of orange will complete the autumn picture. The tea can be drink both in the morning and in the evening.
Ingredients: Sencha green tea, dried APPLE, crushed cinnamon, aroma, freeze-dried peach grit, rose petals, marigold petals.

Sencha is perfect for diabetics as it prevents increase of blood sugar levels. It prevents hemorrhages, strokes and coronary diseases.
A team of researchers from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo found that Sencha tea contains substances from a group of catechins called Epigallocatechin-3-Gallan (EGCG), which effectively blocks urokinase, an enzyme secreted by carcinogenic cells, without which they cannot develop. One cup of Sencha contains approx. 150 mg. (EGCG).
Appearance of leaves: long, narrow, compressed, developing in water.
Taste: slightly floral / tart.
Color of the infusion: from yellow to bright green.
How to prepare:
1 teaspoon per cup
Water temperature: approx. 80° C
Brewing time: 2-3 minutes.
It can be brewed 3 times, with the 2nd and 3rd it extends the brewing time.
Storage: Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25° C, in a tightly closed container.
